Why Kasauti
A kasauti is the touchstone goldsmiths use to test whether gold is genuine: they rub the metal on the dark stone and read the streak it leaves. Kasauti does the same for hiring. It tests whether a candidate’s skill, and their judgement when working with AI, is genuine, and it leaves the decision to a person.
What makes it different
- AI-collaboration assessments. Candidates work with a built-in AI assistant during the test. How they ask, check and correct it is part of the evidence.
- A person decides, AI assists. AI summarises, suggests and drafts. A named person makes every decision and records a reason. Every AI output shows what it was based on.
- Compliance built in. A jurisdiction policy engine handles notices, consent, retention and audit trails for each market, starting with the UAE and India.
- Made for small teams. Set up a job in minutes and run a whole hire from one screen.
What it will never do
- Reject, rank out or advance a candidate without a human action.
- Analyse faces, voices or emotions, or infer personality or protected traits.
- Scrape social media or buy third-party data about candidates.
- Use AI text detectors as evidence against a candidate.
- Train models on customer or candidate data.
These rules are enforced in code and checked by the build.
